Mike Croza

Mike Croza is the founder and managing principal of Supply Chain Alliance, established in 1993, providing specialized consulting services in logistics and supply chain management with a focus on results-driven, pragmatic solutions. Under Mike's leadership, the firm has successfully completed over 500 supply chain engagements for more than 350 enterprises across North America. Previous roles include Director of Business Systems and Distribution at Acco Canada, where Mike led a major software and hardware implementation project, and Manager of Distribution at Magna International, overseeing logistics operations for a large manufacturing facility. Mike's educational background includes studies at the University of Toronto Scarborough from 1974 to 1976.
