Heather A. Thoele

Heather A. Thoele, CTRI, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Organizational Development Manager at Supply Chain Solutions Corp, a position held since October 2023. With a rich background in human resources, administrative support, and organizational development, Heather has held key roles at various companies, including Human Resources and Development Manager at Plastech Corporation and Manager of Administration & HR at Supply Chain Solutions Corp. Additionally, as a PATH Intl. Certified Instructor with River Valley Riders, Heather provides therapeutic riding instruction to individuals with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to community service. Educational achievements include an Associate's Degree in Medical Administrative Assistant from Minnesota School of Business and ongoing studies for a Nonprofit Management Certificate at the University of St. Thomas.
