Leonardo Bonanni

Leonardo Bonanni is the Founder and CEO of Sourcemap, a company that provides enterprise software for supply chain mapping, enabling businesses to trace products and assess various risks. In addition to leading Sourcemap since April 2011, Leonardo is also involved with Supply Change Capital as a full-time staff member since January 2022. Previous roles include Visiting Scientist at the MIT Media Lab from September 2003 to December 2019, focusing on innovative design in tangible media, and part-time Postdoctoral Associate, as well as Research Assistant, where Sourcemap was initially developed. Leonardo has experience as Adjunct Faculty at both New York University and Columbia University, conducting workshops in product design. Educational background includes a PhD and MS in Media Arts and Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
