Beth Pilgrim has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Beth co-founded and served as CEO of Supply Change, a platform connecting social enterprises to organizations to drive impact in local communities. Beth also worked as a Project Manager at The Quality of Life Foundation and as a Fellow at Year Here. Beth has a background in consultancy, having worked at Orbit Housing Group and _SocialStarters. Additionally, they have experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as a Support Worker at St Mungo's and as a Corporate Partnerships Officer at Breast Cancer Now. Beth's earlier career included roles at Brand Addition, where they served as an Account Manager, Buyer, Junior Buyer, and Purchasing Coordinator.

Beth Pilgrim attended Haberdasher Aske's School for Girls from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained 9 GCSEs and 4 A-Levels. Following their time at Haberdasher Aske's School, they went on to study at the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2009. During their time at the University of Exeter, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
