Kim Tollefsen

Kim Tollefsen has worked in various roles since 2000. Kim started their career at Sprint as a Sr. Marketing Analyst and Business Support Specialist. In 2005, they moved to Countrywide Full Spectrum Lending as an Account Executive. In 2008, they joined University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Counselor. In 2011, Kim began working with Supply Chimp as the Head of People & Culture, VP of Operations, Director of Marketing, and Marketing and Relationship Specialist. In their roles, Kim has been responsible for creating and effectively communicating a measurable mission and associated goals, administering surveys and polls to identify team member support and resource needs, providing coaching and mentorship, developing the operating structure and processes for various departments, creating a new brand, building customer life-cycle content calendars, and deploying customer segment-specific email campaigns.

Kim Tollefsen attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.
