Nate Tollefsen

Nate Tollefsen has been working in various roles since 2000. From 2000 to 2008, they were the General Manager of Staples Solutions, where they were responsible for the overall operations of the store location and received several accommodations for store controls and profitability. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as the Restaurant General Manager of Sisco Enterprises. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Contact Center Operations Supervisor at Milestone Technologies, Inc., where they streamlined and implemented Quality Assurance protocols and processes for Tier 1 and Tier 2 phone, chat, and email support agents for global contact center operations. Currently, they are employed at Supply Chimp, where they have served as Data Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Front End Design Ninja since 2018. In their role as Data Operations Manager, they implemented a support center across the company using Zoho Desk and utilized a ticketing system to manage support requests related to the Innovation Division. As Supply Chain Manager, they developed and promoted two fully trained members to the management team and managed 12 government contracts, 200+ vendor partnerships, and 2+ million products.

Nate Tollefsen attended Axia College from 2008 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
