Norman Soares has extensive experience in kitchen and bath design, having worked at Riley Kitchen and Bath Design Studio from 2001 to the present in various roles, including Kitchen and Bath Designer and Kitchen and Bath Gallery Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining professional design standards, educating clients on industry products, training employees, and fostering relationships with contractors and vendors. Prior experience includes a position as a Kitchen and Bath Designer at M&J Supply from July 1998 to August 2001, where responsibilities included designing kitchens and bathrooms and managing a small showroom. Norman Soares holds an Associate's degree in Architectural and Mechanical Design from the New England Institute of Technology, completed between 1988 and 1991.
