Ian Le possesses extensive experience in program management, organizational learning, and diversity initiatives across various governmental roles in Ontario. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management and Delivery at Supply Ontario since March 2023, Ian's previous positions include Director of Talent Development and Organizational Learning at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat and Director roles focused on inclusion and diversity within the Ontario government. With a career that encompasses strategic project management and training program development across multiple ministries, Ian has held various pivotal roles, including as a manager and lead in service account management. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and leadership development training from the Niagara Institute.
