Ethan Merrill is a purpose-driven leader with extensive experience in operations management, particularly within Navy Special Operations. Ethan served as a Director of Operations for SEAL Team Five, leading a 154-member team across global missions while managing substantial budgets and complex logistics. Currently, as the East Coast Navy Account Manager at SupplyCore, Ethan streamlines procurement processes for special operational equipment. Following a strong commitment to sustainability, Ethan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Sustainability Policy at Penn State University, and is also engaged as a GHG Accounting Research Associate with the university's Local Climate Action Program. Passionate about mentoring and collaboration, Ethan strives to create impactful solutions that balance innovation with environmental stewardship.
