Kelly Lowary

Kelly Lowary has over two decades of experience in software development and economic research. Currently serving as Software Development Manager at SupplyCore Inc. since August 2001, Kelly has significantly contributed to the organization's technology initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Economic Research Analyst at the Federal Trade Commission from 1996 to 1999. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago (2000-2001) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1991-1995). Further educational background includes studies at the University of Galway.
