Sarah Rich is VP of Operations and Customer Success at Supplyframe. She has spent her career building global teams, processes, and standards of excellence. Sarah is most proud of getting Supplyframe off the ground as the third ‘Framer in 2003, and has been instrumental in shaping the company direction and culture. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University. After college, she made her way to the west coast to manage customer-facing teams in recruiting and electronics distribution. When not in California, Sarah can be found traveling the world.
