Matt Willden has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SupplyHouse.com since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Overstock from June 2022 to February 2023. Matt also served as HR & Talent Management Leader at Aramco from February 2019 to June 2022. Matt Willden earned an MBA in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources from Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Brigham Young University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Global Professional in Human Resources™ (GPHR™) from HRCI in September 2020, Knight of Sufferlandria from Wahoo Fitness in 2017, ACES Black Belt Certified (Amazon Lean / Six Sigma) from Amazon in 2017, Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Certified - Honeywell Operating System from Honeywell in 2008, and Stanford Project Management Certified in 2006.
