Brian Skellan

Brian Skellan has extensive work experience in corporate development, finance, and accounting. Brian is currently the Vice President of Strategic Finance at SupplyOne, Inc. starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Airgas, Inc. for over a decade, holding various roles including Assistant Vice President and Director of Corporate Development, Manager of Corporate Development, Controller, and Acquisition Accounting Manager. Before joining Airgas, they worked at The Siegfried Group as a Manager, providing financial assistance and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, financial analysis, deal negotiation, due diligence, integration planning, and SOX compliance.

Brian Skellan completed their high school education at Malvern Preparatory School from 1994 to 1997. Brian then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at Ursinus College, which they obtained between 1997 and 2001. Later, Brian pursued further education and achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Villanova University from 2010 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Brian obtained a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification from NACVA in September 2016. Furthermore, they hold a CPA (inactive in PA) certification, though the institution and specific dates of obtaining this certification are not available.
