Matt Vu, M.Ed

Matt Vu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt currently holds the position of Senior Operations Manager at SupplyPike, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Operations Manager at the same company from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining SupplyPike, Matt worked at Oklahoma State University from 2019 to 2022 as the Coordinator for Arts, Culture, and Entertainment. In this role, they managed a large team and was responsible for budgeting, program development, advertising, booking, and contracting of performers. Matt also handled event marketing functions and successfully negotiated cost savings.

From 2017 to 2019, Matt worked at the University of Arkansas as the Coordinator for Residence Education. Matt supervised staff, facilitated meetings, and managed a budget for planning events tailored to diverse living communities.

Prior to that, Matt gained experience at the University of Oklahoma, where they served as a Union Programming Board Graduate Assistant from 2015 to 2017. Matt advised staff in event planning, coordinated numerous events, managed budgets, and collaborated with other departments for effective programming. Matt also had a brief role as an Asian American Student Life Practicum Student during this time.

Matt started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Weequahic in 2013 and 2014.

In 2011, they served as the Variety Acts Chair for the Student Activities Board at Arkansas Tech University.

Matt Vu pursued their education in a chronological order. Matt completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Arkansas Tech University from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Oklahoma from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Master of Education degree in Adult and Higher Education. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google Ads Essential Training from LinkedIn in March 2022.
