Manager Of Customer Success - SMB at SupplyPike

Matt Willingham has extensive work experience in customer success and academic advising. Currently, they serve as the Lead Customer Success Manager at SupplyPike, where they mentor other Customer Success Managers and drives strategic partnerships for SMB accounts. Prior to this role, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at SupplyPike, where they participated in all stages of the customer lifecycle and developed long-term partnerships with customers. Before joining SupplyPike, Matt worked at the University of Arkansas as an Assistant Director for Online Programs and an Academic Advisor.

Matt Willingham completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2011. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree with a focus on Educational Psychology at the same institution, which they completed in 2014.
