Nicole Mason-Brock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicole started their career at Sweet Bay Coffee Co in 2011, where they worked as a Barista for five years. In 2017, they joined Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art as a Guest Services Associate Lead, where they quickly gained recognition for their organizational and leadership skills and was promoted to a permanent lead position. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing rotations and managing Guest Services associates, and they also created training materials for future leads. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Call Center Lead, taking on additional responsibilities with the opening of the Momentary in 2020. Nicole developed a Call Center Training Manual to ensure consistency in onboarding new employees and supervised the Call Center staff. In 2022, Nicole joined SupplyPike as a Customer Operations Coordinator and was later promoted to Senior Customer Operations Coordinator in 2023.
Nicole Mason-Brock attended the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2009 to 2016. Nicole obtained a Technical Certificate in Graphic Design in 2010, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts, with a minor in Rhetoric and Writing, from 2010 to 2016.
