Eugene Aure has a long history of working in the tech industry. Eugene began their career in 1995 at Sgs Thomson Microelectronics as a Fab Operator. In 1999, they joined Telespectrum Communications as a Customer Service Representative. In 2000, they moved to Motorola Broadband Comms as a Technical Support. In 2002, they joined Muzak Focus Four, LLC as a Technical Support Specialist. In 2004, they joined Aradiant llc as a Technical Support Specialist. Finally, in 2006, they joined SupplyPro, Inc. where they have held a variety of roles including Manager Tech Support 1, Manager Enterprise Support, Manager Field Engineer, Project Manager, and Customer Support Engineer 1 & 2. In each of these roles, they have provided technical support, managed field service personnel, handled service contracts, directed support services, and provided sales support.
Eugene Aure obtained a Certificate in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from San Diego Continuing Education in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Cisco IT essentials certification from Cisco in March 2012.
