Khourin T. W.

Khourin T. W. is the Associate Director of Programs, Strategy, and Management at Support Center For Nonprofit Management. Prior to this role, Khourin was the Senior Manager of Entrepreneurship and Business Development at National Urban League. Khourin also served as the Head of Product at The Well, where they worked on developing an engaging user experience for a membership group of professional women. With experience as a Senior Coordinator at Rising Tide Capital and a Workforce Program Manager at KIPP New Jersey, Khourin has a background in providing technical and strategic assistance, managing career-readiness programs, and creating guidelines for participants. In addition, Khourin has worked as a Career Advisor at Parsons School of Design, where they provided career development for students and alumni. Khourin holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Kean University.
