Elli Wehner is an experienced professional in customer support and success, currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at Skio since March 2022, after a progression from Technical Support Team Lead and Customer Experience roles. With a strong background in strategic planning and team management established during tenure as Support Engineering Lead at ReCharge Payments, Elli oversaw specialized teams that provided high-level support for key merchants. A former Head of Support at Smile.io, Elli developed a global support team and implemented automation strategies that enhanced the support experience. Early roles included theme support at Out of the Sandbox and customer success at Shopify, complemented by a solid foundation in customer care at Sun Life Financial and earlier experience in service roles. Elli is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Athabasca University.
