Jerome Lim

Jerome Lim has extensive experience in IT systems and engineering, currently serving as Team Lead IT Systems and previously holding the title of Senior Systems Engineer at SupportNinja since February 2020. Prior to this, Jerome worked at TaskUs from October 2015 to February 2020, progressing through various roles including Systems Operation Engineer and Systems Administrator. Jerome's earlier career includes positions at Strategic Networks, Inc. from August 2011 to October 2015, where duties spanned from Junior Helpdesk Engineer to Senior Helpdesk Engineer. Additionally, Jerome has contributed to projects at Romac Industries, Inc. and Staff Alliance Inc., and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from STI College Calamba, earned in 2009.
