AJ Dellicicchi has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Vice President of Development & Technology at Supporting Strategies, where they lead the creation of new services and operational improvements. Before this, AJ worked as a Solutions Architect at the same company. Prior to Supporting Strategies, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Motivis Learning, where they focused on improving development practices and bridging the gap between technology and results. AJ also held the role of VP of Development at Motivis, where they developed learning management systems with an emphasis on competency-based education. Before Motivis, AJ worked as a Technical Product Manager at Southern New Hampshire University, where they played a key role in delivering an innovative solution for higher education. AJ started their career as a Senior Developer at Eduventures Inc, working on Salesforce projects, and also gained experience in banking and sales at Fleet National Bank and Flashcom.

AJ Dellicicchi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Boston University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, AJ also holds a certification as a Salesforce Certified Developer, which was obtained from Salesforce.com in November 2013.
