Senior Manager of Software Engineering - DevOps & Security at SupportLogic

Tyler Pinckard has a diverse work experience that includes roles in software engineering, public speaking, site reliability engineering, entrepreneurship, and systems engineering. Early in their career, Tyler was an Undergraduate Research Associate at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they worked on implementing and optimizing communication protocols for the DC-8 Airborne Laboratory in collaboration with NASA Dryden Flight Research Center.

Tyler Pinckard's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Tyler also has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from UCLA, earned from 2010 to 2013.
