Tyler Pinckard

Tyler Pinckard has a diverse work experience that includes roles in software engineering, public speaking, site reliability engineering, entrepreneurship, and systems engineering. Tyler is currently a Senior Manager of Software Engineering - DevOps & Security at SupportLogic. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development and security operations of the company's software.

Prior to their current position, Tyler worked as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer and DevSecOps at Bill.com, where they focused on systems automation and security operations. Tyler was also involved in cloud-native security automation, application security, security infrastructure automation, and web application firewall development.

Early in their career, Tyler was an Undergraduate Research Associate at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they worked on implementing and optimizing communication protocols for the DC-8 Airborne Laboratory in collaboration with NASA Dryden Flight Research Center.

Tyler Pinckard's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Tyler also has a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from UCLA, earned from 2010 to 2013.
