Erica L. Hurd

Chief of Human Resources & Quality at Support Solutions

Erica L Hurd has served more than 20 years in DIDD and mental health services. She began her career as a Case Manager in mental health for Memphis Housing Authority and Case Management Inc., then later worked at Sunrise, Mentors, and West Tennessee Family Solutions. Since joining the Support Solutions team, she has grown in responsibility from a Direct Support Professional, to a Home Manager, then Program Coordinator. A true example of hard work and leadership, Erica worked in the Human Resource Department before accepting this position as the organization's Director of Quality.
