John Michael Caballero

John Michael Caballero has a diverse work experience in the information technology field. John Michael started their career at Globe Telecom as a Customer Representative from January 2004 to May 2007. In 2012, they joined FBC Business Solutions as a Network and Computer System Engineer II and concurrently began working at Support Zebra as a Junior IT Administrator and Head of the IT Department. In 2018, they joined the American Cancer Society as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Currently, John is working at SupportZebra, where they have held various roles, including IT Manager, IT Network Administrator, Senior Information Technology Manager, and Director of Information Technology.

John Michael Caballero completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Mindanao University of Science and Technology - Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, from 2008 to 2012. Apart from their degree, they have obtained additional certifications in IT Service Management Systems, CompTIA A+, Computer Networking, and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2.
