Keltie Green has over 40 years of work experience in various customer success and management roles. Keltie started their career in 1978 as an Account Manager at Extendicare and later worked as an Ontario Account Manager at Rosell Institute-Rougier from 1982 to 1990. Keltie then joined LaserNetworks in 1992 as the Director of Customer Relations, a position they held for over two decades until 2015. After that, they worked at Xerox as the Manager of MPS Customer Experience from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Principal Consultant at Customer Retention Strategy & Post Acquisition Management. In 2017, they joined Supra ITS and PrinterLogix as the Director of Customer Success.
