Cynthia Gutierrez, LSW, is an accomplished outpatient clinician with extensive experience in maternal and family mental health. Currently employed at Care Plus NJ since November 2016, Cynthia manages a full-time caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy to women and families during pivotal life stages such as pregnancy and postpartum. Additional roles include serving as an Intensive In Home Clinician with Supreme Consultants, providing telehealth therapy and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to address behavioral challenges in youth. Prior experience encompasses mental health support in various settings, including providing therapy for victims of domestic violence and facilitating group interventions for children with severe mental health issues. Cynthia holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University–Newark.
