Aditi Dani

Aditi Dani is an experienced Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, holding this position since August 2022 while also serving as an Advocate in various courts in New Delhi since 2013. Aditi is empanelled by the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee, providing legal aid to marginalized sections of society until May 2025. Previously, Aditi was empanelled as Panel ‘B’ Counsel for Central Government Litigation at the Supreme Court of India from 2013 to 2014 and worked as an Analyst at Taxsutra from 2011 to 2013. Aditi holds a B.S.L LL.B degree from ILS Law College and a Bharatanatyam Visharad from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal.
