Debashis Mukherjee

Debashis Mukherjee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as a Mediator and Advocate at the Supreme Court of India since March 2007, Mukherjee has also maintained a parallel role as an Advocate at the High Court of Delhi since May 2006. As the Founder and Litigation Head of LEGALICS since 2008, Mukherjee has demonstrated leadership in litigation practice. Previous roles include serving as Legal Services Counsel at the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, External Counsel for Living Media India Limited, and Senior Associate at Excelex Law Offices, where Mukherjee led the litigation department. Mukherjee holds multiple advanced diplomas in various legal disciplines, including Intellectual Property Rights and International Trade Law, alongside significant training in mediation and conflict resolution.
