Prabhat Kumar Rai

Prabhat Kumar Rai is an Advocate-On-Record at the Supreme Court of India since April 2017, affiliated with the Bar Council of Delhi and a permanent member of the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association, Supreme Court Bar Association, and Delhi High Court Bar Association. With prior experience as a Legal Associate at Aura & Co. and AXON PARTNERS LLP, Prabhat has successfully argued cases before various judicial bodies, including the Supreme Court and High Courts, and has drafted numerous legal documents such as Special Leave Petitions and Writ Petitions. Prabhat's extensive educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Constitutional Law from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, completed in 2017.
