Prateek Kumar currently serves as Standing Counsel at the National Council For Teacher Education and Lucknow University, in addition to holding the position of Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India since July 2022. Prateek Kumar holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law (B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)) from Gujarat National Law University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from the National Law School of India University.
