Swadesh Gupta

Swadesh Gupta serves as an Attorney & Solicitor in the Chambers of Senior Advocate Mr. Rakesh Dwivedi at the Supreme Court of India, specializing in Payments Technology, Securities, and Constitutional laws since February 2020. Gupta holds an Of-Counsel position, representing clients such as the Reserve Bank of India and the Election Commission of India. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Legal & Strategy at Wallet Circle, where strategic corporate initiatives were developed, and as Counsel for KT Advisors LLP, Temple Bright LLP, and various internships across distinguished law firms. Gupta holds an LL.B. from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a B.Com. in Marketing and Economics from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
