Danielle Godfrey

Danielle Godfrey is a legal professional with extensive experience in various judicial and attorney roles. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Supreme Court of Virginia since August 2022, Danielle previously held positions as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Virginia Court of Appeals. Danielle's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Pinto Coates Kyre & Bowers, PLLC, a Summer Associate at McCandlish & Lillard, P.C., and a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Additionally, Danielle began a legal career as a Summer Intern at Fitzwater & Dean. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of Virginia.
