Kristen Davis

Kristen Davis has over 18 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Supreme Orthopedic Systems since June 2005, Kristen is responsible for various HR functions including compensation and benefits, payroll processing, recruiting, compliance reporting, and employee onboarding and training. Previously, Kristen held positions such as Human Resources Administrator and Office Assistant at the same company, where responsibilities included coordinating scheduling, inventory management, and payroll administration. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Sales Associate at The Limited for a brief period. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University, earned in 2010, and is currently preparing for the PHR exam.
