Chiara Venzo

Chiara Venzo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR controller at SUPSI since January 2012, responsible for payroll management, data quality control, institutional reporting, project design, and acting as a key user for Tiforma+, Academy, and ERP systems. Previously held roles at SUPSI include HR specialist, where responsibilities included administrative management of employee life cycles, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and internal audit processes, and HR generalist, managing recruitment and personnel dossiers for approximately 800 collaborators. Chiara also has experience as an HR assistant in Switzerland and as a project manager in marketing in Italy. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economy and Business Management from Università degli studi di Trento and further education at Universidad de Valladolid.
