Adriana Rojas Fuertes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital CX and Agile Transformation at SURA Asset Management, Adriana leads initiatives focused on developing high-quality multi-channel experiences through Human-Centered Design and Agile Methodologies. Previous roles include Digital Customer Experience Manager and Digital Channels Manager, where Adriana ensured superior digital experiences and customer satisfaction. Notable achievements include the design and implementation of IRENE, SURA's award-winning virtual assistant, significantly enhancing client interactions. Adriana's career also features roles as Senior IT Project Manager at SURA, where complex projects were managed for technological synergies, as well as positions in customer success and consulting within the tech sector. Adriana holds multiple degrees from EADA Business School and a Systems Engineer degree from Universidad Metropolitana.
