Joy Wilson has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Joy began their career as a Buser/ Cabana Worker at Fircrest Golf Club in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Boys & Girls Clubs of America as a Staff Leader. The following year, they joined Starbucks as a Barista and a Shift Manager. In 2017, Joy began working at Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) in various roles including Customer Solutions Representative - Communications Team (Email and Chat) and Customer Solutions Representative - Metrics Team. In 2019, they joined my529 as a my529 Customer Service Representative. In 2021, Joy began working at BlueVine as a Customer Service Spec and at Suralink as a Scrum Master and Customer Support Manager.
Joy Wilson attended the University of Utah from 2018 to 2022, where they studied Strategic Communications.
