Ryan Smith has worked in various roles since 2002. Ryan began their career at UPS as an Operations Manager and Package Handler, as well as the Employee Retention Committee Chairman. In 2014, they joined InMoment as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for keeping customers happy and engaged with their CX Strategy, understanding core customer needs, and educating them on CX best practices. Ryan was later promoted to Manager and then Director of Customer Success. In 2020, Ryan joined Suralink as the Director of Customer Success.

Ryan Smith attended Utah Valley University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
