Brijal Kathrotiya

Brijal Kathrotiya is a Quality Assurance Assistant at Surat District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union Ltd., Sumul Dairy since May 2023, following a role as a Quality Assurance Intern at the same organization from May 2022 to July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant of Lab Technician at Shiv Pathology Laboratory from November 2020 to January 2021. Brijal Kathrotiya holds a Master of Science in Microbiology from the Institute of Science, Nirma University, completed in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, earned in June 2021.
