Alaa Sairafi

Alaa Sairafi is an experienced professional in account management and customer relations, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Sure Global Technology since April 2023. Previously, Alaa worked as a Customer Relationship Executive at DigiVal IT Solutions from March 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing stakeholder interactions to support software implementation and gather client feedback.
