Mohamed Fathy Mahmoud Elshmakh has extensive work experience in software engineering and technical consulting. Mohamed Fathy currently holds the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at both Sure International Technology and SGT Egypt, where they are responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions and services. Their expertise also includes developing back-end systems using Web API .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and PL SQL, as well as designing and implementing high availability databases using clustering and Always On. Prior to their current roles, Mohamed worked as a Technical Consultant and Microsoft Certified Trainer at Computek Training Centers for nearly eight years. Mohamed Fathy also held positions as a Senior Software Developer at Victory Link and Advanced Solutions for Information Systems (ASIS). Furthermore, they gained experience as an S/W Developer at Quinsys and as a Microsoft Trainer (Database and Programming) at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Mohamed's career in the technology industry began as a Trainee at the Information Technology Institute (ITI).

Mohamed Fathy Mahmoud Elshmakh completed a Diploma in Software Engineering from Cairo University in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Pre-Master's degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in 2012-2013. In 2009-2010, they obtained a 9-month Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from the Information Technology Institute (ITI). Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Statistical and Computer Science from Tanta University, which they earned from 2003 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Mohamed Fathy Mahmoud Elshmakh has obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including consecutive Microsoft Certified Trainer certifications from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, they passed Microsoft exams in programming, web development, and Azure services in 2016. Recently, they acquired certifications in K2 Five Core and K2 Power User from Nintex K2 in June 2021.
