Tommy Le is an experienced QA Engineer currently employed at SureCo since January 2020, where responsibilities include defect location, quality assurance oversight for web and mobile applications, and the development of testing frameworks utilizing JIRA and Cypress.io. Previously, Tommy served as a QA Analyst at Taco Bell from December 2018 to January 2020, conducting extensive testing for software updates across over 7000 locations and assisting in automation procedures using Selenium IDE. Earlier in 2016, Tommy worked as a Software QA Tester at IT Acumens, focusing on defect analysis and agile methodologies. Additionally, Tommy has a longstanding background as a System Administrator at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from April 2006 to January 2016. Tommy holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver, completed in 2008.
