Dusty Dunkle began their career in 1992 as President and Owner of Customer Research, Inc. (CRI). CRI provides customer satisfaction measurement, customer loyalty, market research, and contact center solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries. In 2010, Dusty co-founded SureCritic, a leading provider of consumer insight automation. SureCritic's patent pending technology helps clients gain insight, increase sales, improve retention, and make better business decisions.
Dusty Dunkle attended Kennedy Catholic High School from 1985 to 1988. Dusty then attended Washington State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
