Kausar Haider

Kausar Haider has held a variety of positions in the past 8 years. In 2013, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Laser Lab of Energetics and an Undergraduate Researcher at the Institute of Optics, University of Rochester. Kausar also held an Administrative Assistant position at the Office of Admissions, University of Rochester. In 2015, they were a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In 2018, they founded AgraChain, where they identified bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the global crop supply chain and tracked international and local barriers of entry. In 2020, they held the position of Product Manager at SureDone, where they created product roadmaps and drove product decisions. Kausar also worked as a Solar Power Product Analyst at American Solar Power, LLC, where they analyzed the feasibility of large scale solar power system installations in selected locations in the NYC area.

Kausar Haider completed a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Rochester between 2017 and 2019, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
