David Eraker

Prior to Surefield, David was a consultant at Microsoft Research working on image-based rendering and free-viewpoint video. Additionally, David founded and ran Mindsite which deployed phone based telemedicine for mental health. As the founder and CEO of Redfin in 2002, he led product development efforts on a new form of map based search for homes, scaled up a new salaried model for real estate agents, and raised multiple rounds of venture capital.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Washington.
