Elaine Gero

Elaine Dela Cruz Gero, BCom, C.Mgr, serves as the Director of Operations at SureHire Occupational Testing since April 2014, playing a pivotal role in enhancing business operations across North America while overseeing the contact center, Canadian and USA clinics, and mobile testing fleet. Previously, Elaine held various managerial positions within the company, including Manager of Operations and Manager of the Results Department, focusing on quality control, strategic direction, and continual improvement across department functions. Prior to joining SureHire, Elaine provided administrative support as a self-employed Administrative Assistant for small businesses in Edmonton. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from MacEwan University and a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Pathway from Schulich ExecEd.
