Jerry C.

Jerry C. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jerry is currently the Senior Vice President of IT Production at SurePoint Technologies, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, Jerry worked at FTD, where they held multiple roles over the years. Jerry served as the Director of Technology Infrastructure from May 2020 to March 2022, where they formulated high-performing and scalable technology solutions to position the company for growth. Before that, they were the Director of Technology Operations and Vendor Management from April 2015 to May 2020, where they built relationships with vendors and oversaw the finance and IT vendor management program. From October 2013 to April 2015, Jerry was the Director of Technology Infrastructure and Operations, leading a service reliability team and managing the IT budget. Jerry also served as the Director of Corporate IT from June 2006 to October 2013, transforming IT operations by establishing a shared services department. Prior to FTD, Jerry worked as the Manager of Operations at FTD and held the role of Systems Manager at Harris-Marcus Home. Jerry started their career as a System Administrator at McCook Metals, LLC.

Jerry C. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Governors State University, an Associate of Arts (AA), Honors degree from Joliet Junior College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in IT and Finance from Northern Illinois University.
