Cliffton Henderson

Cliffton Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cliffton started their career at U.S. Bank as a Senior Telecom CSR, where they provided support to users, identified and resolved problems, and ensured problem resolution. Cliffton then worked at UnitedHealth Group as an Incident Manager, where they routed high priority incidents, provided documentation for prompt service resolution, and advised on the effective use of ITIL processes. Cliffton also served in the US Army for 20 years, specializing in Military Psychological Operations (MISO) and military deception missions. Currently, they work at Surescripts as a Senior Production Support Analyst, managing issues through CRM and email, operating production systems, and coordinating back-end support.

Cliffton Henderson received their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Eastern Illinois University. Cliffton attended the university from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, Cliffton also obtained the ITIL V3 certification from Fruition Partners in July 2013.
