Kimberly Sweet

Kimberly Sweet has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimberly started their career at General Mills as an Account Operations Specialist, where they developed strong relationships with clients and served as the main point of contact for inquiries. Kimberly then moved on to Securian Financial Group as a Project Analyst/Assistant Analyst, where they coordinated new case implementations and ensured client satisfaction. Afterwards, they joined Minnesota Life as a Supervisor in Group Employer Plans. Kimberly then worked at Ceridian as an Account Executive, where they assisted clients with business requirements and played a key role in system migration. Kimberly later became a Senior Implementation Specialist at Ceridian, serving as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and sales. Sweet then worked as a Senior Manager of Client Services at StayWell Health Management, and as a Senior Consultant at Kimberly Lutz Consulting. Most recently, they have held the position of Director of Health Systems Account Management at Surescripts.
