Marike Hewson

Marike Hewson is an experienced instructional designer currently working at SureSkills since January 2022. Previous roles include Digital Learning Project Lead at IoS Group from April 2020 to December 2021, and Senior Instructional Designer at Global NTT and Dimension Data from July 2019 to July 2019 and January 2017 to July 2019, respectively. In these positions, Marike focused on developing effective learning solutions, including e-learning and instructor-led training, while ensuring alignment with organizational competencies and assessment methodologies. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager - Learning Experience Consultant at EOH from October 2014 to July 2016, and a role in Learning and Development at Momentum from 1997 to 2011. Marike holds an HRD Hon degree in Learning and Development from RAU Johannesburg, obtained between 2000 and 2001.
