Kevin Poole

Kevin Poole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, business analysis, and technical architecture, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at SureStep since February 2009. In this role, responsibilities encompass configuring the Risk Management process within IBM's OpenPages and Cognos framework, as well as training end users and Risk Professionals. Previously, Kevin worked as a Senior Business Analyst at DATA Communications Management from August 2016 to February 2018, collaborating with sales teams to address client challenges and develop project plans. Additional experience includes serving as a Digital Print Specialist at Peel Graphics and a Senior Imaging Specialist at The AIIM Group, where expertise in creating variable print documents and online eStores was developed.
